I am very excited to start this new adventure! Through this blog, I am going to write about the experiences that we are having with my husband's new diagnosis of DIABETES! This will be our place to share our successes and (shall we say) misadventures... We have plenty of both and are learning along the way. The learning is blended with a sense of humor and wonder at our own mistakes. My hope, of course, is that even if you don't have any connection to diabetes that you will still find humor and maybe some useful information. We are not in anyway medical professionals and so please check with professionals if you have questions. We are just trying to figure it out.
So this is the intro to "The 9 Inch Plate". Oh, don't worry, that will be explained soon.
